What does DermaNew™ Do?

DermaNew™ is a personal microdermabrasion system that helps to reduce the visible signs of aging and reveal new healthy radiant skin, providing maximum skin rejuvenation.  DermaNew™ gently polishes away the top layer of dead skin cells with fine mineral crystal, to reveal healthy smooth skin beneath the surface.

What results can I expect?

DermaNew has been clinically proven to reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles, reduce the size of pores and reduce the appearance of age spots, discoloration, and sun damage.

How do I use the Tool for Microdermabrasion?

  1. Cleanse skin, rinse well and pat dry with a soft towel.
  2. Attach the Teardrop Foam Applicator to the Dual Action Resurfacing Tool. Apply Facial Rejuvenation Microdermabrasion Crème onto the Foam Applicator.
  3. Dot Crème onto forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin.
  4. To turn the Tool on, simply press the button once for the two minute timer and twice to bypass the timer.
  5. Using upward circular motions and moderate pressure, work the crème into the skin for approximately 1-2 minutes.
  6. To remove Crystal residue, gently sweep the skin with the Deep Pore Cleansing Brush (dry) and rinse off the remaining crystal residue with warm water.
  7. Immediately clean the foam applicator with the DermaNew™ Foam Applicator Cleaner.

 

How do I use the Tool for cleansing?

  1. Attach the Teardrop Brush Applicator to the Dual Action Resurfacing Tool. Apply your favorite DermaNew™ Cleanser onto the Brush Applicator.
  2. To turn the tool on, simply press the button once for the two minute timer or twice to bypass the timer.
  3. Using the Brush Applicator, work Cleanser onto the skin in gentle, circular motions.
  4. Rinse well and pat dry.

 

How often should I use the Facial Rejuvenation System?

You should use DermaNew™ 2-3 times per week for the best results.

Can I use it in the shower?

Yes, the tool is waterproof and designed to be used in the shower. Many people prefer using DermaNew in the shower as the flow of water washes off the crystal residue.

How much pressure should I use when using the DermaNew™ tool?

Use light to moderate pressure.  If you experience any discomfort or irritation you may be using too much pressure.

 

How often should I replace the foam applicator?

How do I clean the foam applicator?

To clean your foam applicator use hot water and an anti-bacterial cleanser. Clean thoroughly, squeeze out all excess water and then blot dry on a towel. Air dry.  Always make sure foam applicator is completely dry before next use.

 

What are the Ingredients of the Facial Rejuvenation Crème?

Naturally derived Plant, Mineral, and Flower extracts such as:

Alumina (corundum crystal), water, caprylic/capric triglyceride, ethylhexyl palmitate, cetearyl alcohol, carthamus tinctorius (safflower) seed oil, wine extract, bacopa monniera extract, retinyl palmitate, tocopheryl acetate, ascorbyl palmitate, bisabolol, lecithin, panthenol, camellia sinensis (green tea) leaf extract, daucus carota sativa (carrot) root extract, vitis vinifera (grape) seed extract, triticum vulgare (wheat) germ extract, triticum vulgare (wheat) bran extract, hydrolyzed oat flour, triticum vulgare (wheat) germ oil, propylene glycol, stearic acid, sodium cetearyl sulfate, cetyl alcohol, aminomethyl propanol, phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, ethylparaben, butylparaben, propylparaben, isobutylparaben, linalool, benzyl alcohol, gydroxycitronella, ceranium and lavender fragrance.

 

Is DermaNew™ Hypoallergenic?

Yes, due to the fact we do not formulate with synthetic allergens, and synthetic aromas.

 

Is DermaNew™ tested on animals?

No

Yes

What if I get the crème in my eyes or mouth?

Simply rinse well with tepid water.

 

Can I use other exfoliating crèmes with the DermaNew™ Tool?

No. It is not recommended to use products other than DermaNew with the resurfacing tool.  Safety and uniform results cannot be guaranteed.

 

Is DermaNew™ FDA approved?

No, DermaNew is a cosmetic treatment, not a medical device or drug and therefore is not subject to FDA approval.

If you are unsatisfied with the product, you must contact customer service at (888) 217-0495 or by email at service@dermanewonline.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. When doing so, please provide your name, address, telephone number and order number. Once you have received your RMA number, you must complete your return within 30 days from the shipment date.

Please note:
• Shipping and handling are non-refundable
• Clearly mark the RMA number on the return box (the warehouse cannot accept packages without an RMA number).
• Return all of the components of the system in the original box including any unused microdermabrasion crème.
• Refunds will be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
• We will not refund any packages marked “Return to Sender”.

For all orders that are not the original Risk Free Trial Order, product must be returned unopened and in original condition for refund.

How long will it take to process returns?

After the warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 2 business days to process your refund.

What do I do if I receive a damaged product?

Product(s) damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge. Save the package and all contents, and contact our Customer Service at (888) 217-0495 to request an RMA number and for further instructions.

What if shipping or delivery errors occurred with my order?
